- Items without original packaging
- Personal care or hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
- Clearance or final sale items

💵 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received:
- You may choose between a replacement or refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference
📦 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free
- Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and shipped. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
